Dress code. Western Business Attire is required throughout all committee sessions and ceremonies.
Meals. Lunch breaks are scheduled on both days. Saturday includes an extended break if food is served that day.
What to bring. A laptop or tablet for resolution drafting, photo ID for entry, and your position paper printed or digital.
Punctuality. Sessions begin at the scheduled times. Late delegates may be marked absent for that committee block.
Schedule changes. Minor adjustments may be communicated by chairs on the day of the conference.
