Dress code. Western Business Attire is required throughout all committee sessions and ceremonies.
Meals. Lunch is provided on both days. Coffee, tea, and water are available throughout the day.
What to bring. A laptop or tablet for resolution drafting, photo ID for entry, and your position paper printed or digital.
Punctuality. Sessions begin precisely on the hour. Late delegates may be marked absent for that committee block.
Schedule changes. Minor adjustments may be communicated by chairs on the day of the conference.
